What is a SCOTSMASTER?
The SCOTS MASTER (Specialty Consultants on Travel to Scotland) Program is an education course and support program provided by the Scottish Tourist Board and endorsed by the University of Edinburgh. The program consists of an interactive, practical and highly detailed learning package that provides consultants/agents with the expertise required to promote Scotland as a vacation destination to our clients. Included in this program is the opportunity to travel to Scotland and participate in familiarity trips designed to inspect properties, points of interest, and sample the delicious cuisine. One trip a year is available to SCOTS MASTER in order to keep us up to date and introduce new products to supply our clients. This education process ensures that we as SCOTS MASTER have learned enough about Scotland so that we can provide quality service to our clients. It has been said that SCOTS MASTER know more about Scotland than the Scots.

What is a BritAgent?
A BritAgent is a program established through Visit Britian to educate travel consultants and tour agencies on all that the Britain, Wales and Northern Ireland has to offer. Once the course is completed the travel consultant and/or tour agency is certified as a BritAgents specialist. We are allowed to post the BritAgent logo and add BritAgent as our specialty. We are also updated with new information to pass on to our clients and add to our products.
What is a SHAMROCK CLUB Member?
The Shamrock Club Member (Specialty Consultants on Travel to Ireland) Program is an education course and support program provided by the Irish Tourist Board. The program consists of an interactive, practical and highly detailed learning package that provides consultants/agents with the expertise required to promote Ireland as a vacation destination to our clients. Included in this program is the opportunity to travel to Ireland and participate in familiarity trips designed to inspect properties, points of interest, and sample the delicious cuisine. We at ORION CRUSADES go as often as we can to keep updated on areas and products in Ireland in order to provide the best offers and products for our clients. This education process ensures that we as Shamrock Club Members have learned enough about Ireland so that we can provide quality service to our clients.

How are payment made?
Check, Credit Card, and PayPal are available for payment. However, no payment is accepted without client authorization . Once a product has been selected we send out an authorization form which initiates the purchase.
Terms and conditions will be provided and must be signed by both the client and ORION CRUSADES.
