We begin the adventure journey design process with establishing travel dates, arrange and purchase any transportation needs.
Determine the right products for our clients. Small Group, Honeymoon, Anniversary, Adventure, Drive on your own, locate and identify the right adventure.
We then establish travel route and lock down the right accommodations.
If the product requires custom itinerary we then begin creating the right itinerary specific for each client that may include reservations for specific activities such as theater, festival events, special dining events and more. Typically we put more sites and activities on the itinerary per day so our client can pick choose for that day. We put the activities and sites in order of their route and importance. If the client is driving in Scotland, Wales, UK or Ireland we provide the client with a map that has the route highlighted and we do our best to provide written direction on the itinerary.
In the end the client will receive the itinerary with map (if needed), confirmation of booked accommodations and a package of all travel documentation collected in the process,. Two weeks prior to client’s departure we phone and verify all reservations are secured and active then mail or present the completed package.
We also offer several quality packages which can be customized with set accommodations for each client. We cannot be compared with other tour Internet products as each clients needs are addressed to make each product “client” specific and unique.
If the booking is with one of our preferred suppliers or small groups we recieve the documentation from the supplier to present to each of our clients. We follow up with the suppliers and if there are any issues that need to be address we are our clients advocate.
